8 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 Tbsp avocado oil (for tossing)
2 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, finely minced
Flaky sea salt, to taste
A few fresh mint sprigs, torn or chopped
Instructions
Prep the Brussels sprouts
Trim the bottoms, remove any yellowed leaves, then cut them in half.Coat with oil
In a medium bowl, toss the sprouts with the avocado oil until well coated.Air‑fry
Spread sprouts in an even layer in your air fryer basket (no crowding).
Cook at 375 °F (190 °C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until the edges are crisp and golden.Make the gochujang glaze
